The awards ceremony for the 15 edition of Stars et Métiers des Pyrénées-Atlantiques, which values and promotes the excellence and innovation of artisanal and commercial businesses in the department, was held in Biarritz on June 28. The event was organized by the Banque Populaire Aquitaine Center Atlantique, the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region. Venitz Couture de Biarritz, represented by Morgane Catteau (photo), was awarded the Creation Prize which rewards the entrepreneur who has been able to create and develop his business. Monsieur Txokola in Biarrits, the artisanal chocolate manufacturing workshop, represented by Bonn lagadec and Cyril Pouil, winner of the Transformation Prize which rewards innovation in all its forms. Fromagerie Arribe in Neutre, represented by Julien Arras, won the Pris Transmission which rewards business takeover.
